"The staff was very accommodating. We had only 1 night and were able to store bags while seeing Lisbon. They gave helpful suggestions about our stay and trip to airport. Room was more spacious than we expected and clean. Everything we expected in a hotel. We appreciated the comfortable bed after a full day of climbing the hills of Lisbon. It might have been us, but we could not get A/C in our room to cool it. I am not sure it was available and we did not realize this until too late to deal with it. We simply opened the window on our second floor room, and that made it okay."

"When we arrived at the hotel. We were welcomed by Pablo. He took great care of us. The room was ok. The bed was rock hard and pillows too soft. We had back ache during our stay. Housekeeping does not change your towels even when soaking wet laying on the bathroom floor. We came back to the room. The maid had just pick up the dirty wet towels refolded them and put them back on the rack. I tried texting them and no answer. I went down to the front desk and complained. They told me they never got my text. I showed them on my phone. They had housekeeping send me a new round of towels. I went to use one of them. There was brown stains on it. It look like human feces. They later claimed it was make up. The breakfast staff was good. The food was ok. The property is located close to attractions and transportation. The outside front of the hotel has a lot of homeless people hanging around. In th memorial plaza out front. The back side of the hotel is better. Sorry I would not stay here. It was notna pleasant experience."

"Great location in old town so could walk to big selection of restaurants etc. Room was good size and shower was great. Reception staff very helpful , recommending and booking restaurants for us. Breakfast was buffet style and good quality with nice selection of fruit, pastries and bread &cheese/ham. Only thing missing for Brits who like tea with cold cows milk as only had Soya. Highly recommend "

"This was a very clean hotel, about 10 min travel from the city centre. The room was in great condition and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing! The only negative was that the carpet is wearing in the common areas and needs replacing. "

"Location was great! Had everything you need inside the rooms. Furniture and decor was a little dated but super clean. Took off one star because it would have been helpful to know that you are unable to get dropped off in front of the hotel since the entrance is off of a walkway, not a road. You have to walk about 2-3 minutes to the front entrance from the road."
