Amazing boutique hotel. We absolutely loved this place. Location was excellent, and the staff were some of the best we have encountered. before we left we knew the names of everyone. Great little onsite restaurant that we used for breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon drinks an snacks. friends alway met up with us there. rooms were lovely and very comfortable. one of our favorites of all time.

This Hotel is EXCEPTIONAL in EVERY way! The entire staff is friendly, attentive and willing to go out of their way to assure each guest has a great stay. From reception, to restaurant, to housekeeping each and every person was delightful and genuinely seemed happy we were there! The food at the restauant was amazing- from traditional Portuguese dishes to a modern take on many other dishes. The spa was excellent as well- small and cozy with excellent services given by very well trained therapists. I was able to purchase traditional Portuguese porducts that were carefully curated by the hotel. I read this and see I sound like a commercial for the hotel - happy to make one for you, Expedia! I encourage anyone traveling to Lisbon to experience this little gem in one of the most historic neghborhoods of Lisbon.

Amazing staff who pay attention. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Location is very central. Excellent hotel overall and we would definitelystar here again. Oh! And the breakfast is superb with unlimited coffee/latte, pastries, fruit, sparkling or regular water, benedicts, French toasts, omelettes or whatever you want.

Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff. Clean, well appointed, quiet. No details left unattended. Truly elegant and incredibly comfortable. Staff made wonderful recommendations, excellent Fado dinner show. Only 2 bits of feedback: First is no failure of the hotel-it’s in a wildly over touristy area. The hotel was perfectly quiet, just the area is quite close to the cruise ship terminal. That should speak for itself. Secondly, the hotel is directly attached to a building that is literally falling down. Pretty sure “5 star” hotels should not be attached to crumbling structures. Felt a little duped here. Again, it’s a 5 star on the inside, just maybe do something about the neighboring building.

The character and charm of the hotel was great, tastefully furnished to a high standard. The location was perfect, very close to all the Alfama attractions and only a short walk (Or 28E tram ride) into the city centre.
