Excellent accommodation, outstandingly located in the historical centre. Great rooms, and very nice members of staff from reception, to the breakfast team (including the cook) to the cleaning team. A remarquable hotel and for us the two bed room suite was excellent too.

Had a nice stay at the Dalma suites. Had a bit of trouble finding it but we were jet lagged. Nice area in the middle of the action. Plenty of good places to eat and a short walk to all the sites to see

Excellent boutique hotel feel right at the heart of the historical centre. Rooms very cosy with great layout. Breakfast was simple with the usual (cheese, hams, pastries, Greek yogurt etc) with excellent ingredients. The fruits sliced were exceptionally fresh and tasty every day. The host (Diego) at reception was exceptionally welcoming and provided many useful insight on our requests. Overall an excellent hotel, highly commendable.

We arrived late. Super cute place with everything you need. Love that someone set up the cots and we were able to go straight to bed after showers. Although we didn’t drink love the wine amenity. Breakfast downstairs was great. Hostess very nice and knowledgeable. Walked to castle. Great location.

Paid for 3 people. Got a cot which was worse than our camping cot. And just above ground level. Horrible horrible bed option foe 3rd person. Miserable night sleep. This is the not the fault of the front desk people who are quite lovely. Bathroom was nice but toilet flusher sticks. Had to jiggle it to have water stop.

This hotel is in a great location and was clean and comfortable. There were two main issues for me, both of which were unacceptable. One, the wifi was intermittent throughout my stay. I mentioned it to the front desk. They fiddled with some wires downstairs but it never worked for more than 30 seconds at a time before it would go off. This is Lisbon, a major tourist city. Poor wifi is unacceptable. The second issue is that the toilet kept making a noise every minute or so, also throughout my stay. It was as if a small amount of water was being released into the toilet.
