"The Bookabach listing says that it is a "lakeside lodge" with "direct access to the Ngongotaha Lakefront Reserve". There is a photo of the reserve labelled "Property grounds". This description fits the original "Lodge" but NOT the cottage. The address given is actually the address of the lodge not the cottage. The cottage is not lakeside but is behind the lodge with no view of the reserve or the lake and access to the reserve is at the end of the street. This is possibly a breach of the fair...
