Facilities: elevator was out of service yet guests were still charged for related services; breakfast was not included despite expectations — staff only recommended other restaurants, which is inconvenient. Overall: unhappy — not appropriate for special occasions like birthdays or a relaxing vacation. Recommendation: I do not recommend this place until their service and guest management improve.
