"Good location Very small room No room cleaning services We asked they didn’t come They didn’t bring new towels they didn’t clean the coffee maker or bring coffee grounds to make coffee until we asked several times Staff was really nice tho"

"Great place to stay! The hotel is beautiful. The staff were nice and helpful. We took the kids to the pool/hot tub almost every night. I loved that there were two very roomy hot tubs and the pool was very large. The best part of our stay was the free breakfast. Being able to have a fresh omelet made to order was unheard of for us and we went every morning. The free evening drinks were also nice and they even had something for the kids. Our only issue was parking, the hotel charges a lot to valet park and it’s a substantial amount more than staying in a parking garage that’s right next door. Anyone visiting this city will need to set a good amount aside for parking costs. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Portland."

"Older but clean buildings and rooms. Bathroom was clean but did not have body wash and had to wait until next day to get some bad quality bar soaps to use. (Couldn't p have them when readying the rooms..?). Breakfast was good with some hot items available. They charge for parking each night but at the south end of Portland downtown area so we could simply walk there. It is situated next to PSU but there were still a lot of homeless people nearby. Good food options nearby that are for college students including food trucks, if you like those. Staff was ok, nothing to write home about."

"Great location to stay if you are going to be in the downtown Portland area, as it is somewhat centrally located and a lot of places are walkable from this location. First off know that the room will probably be small, as it is an older hotel, but the room is very clean, and the bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. The shower was a bit of a problem as the water pressure is very low so you have to stand close to it like taking a shower underneath the faucet. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful, gave us good food recommendations, and willing to meet any need that we had. The other amenities around the hotel are incredible, such as free beer on tap from 5 to 6 PM, and some free play video games down from the lobby. There’s a parking lot across the street which made it very convenient to park, and the cost is only $28 for 24 hour parking however there is no in and out privileges, but there is cheaper parking by the hour."
