At check in 2 different people were asking for refunds, should’ve joined them. Floors were sticky, no toilet paper in the bathroom or even a spot for it, blood on the bathroom door, some blob of something on the floor, hair in the shower, stained couch, broken dresser, breakfast was waffle or fruit loops, pool was broken, elevator was broken, and overall funky smell. Will not be back. Feeling catcished by the pics online.

I will say the stay was quiet, didn’t hear much noise during the night. However, the room wasn’t overly clean, the doors were really dirty, floors weren’t very clean, and the bedding had hairs and the pillows had an odd smell. We had booked for 3 people, and there was a pull out sofa. The sofa itself was dirty and the mattess was very worn down, very stained, and there was no bedding for it. We got in late from a concert or would have probably asked for bedding, but thought there would be extra for the sofa bed and 3rd guest.

We had the worst experience when we went there, first off the room they tried to book us in wasn't the room we paid for, rooms were very dirty. The next room they tried to transfer us to the door didn't even close, the beds were stained, out ceiling leaked. Staff was so unprofessional and had no idea what rooms were available. Outside the hotel smelled like dirty garbage. Unpleasant experience, demand a refund.

The breakfast was subpar at best. Had signs up for all types of food but didn't have most. Gluten-free options were fruit & hard boiled warm eggs. Was told fill breakfast was provided. No coffee either. Bathroom in the dining hall had no toilet paper. Staff on the phone a lot. Our bathroom was dirty, toilet needed to be cleaned as well as sink. Missing towels. Asked twice for another pillow, never received. Poop closed as well.

Staff was courteous at check in but there was a big language barrier with the staff. The room was filthy. Food under the beds and very dusty. Called front desk about the TV not working. Said they would send someone in 30 min to look at it and they never came. Called again about it and no answer. Shower curtain rod about to fall off the wall. Hotel is in terrible condition and definitely in need of a lot of repairs. Outside was filthy. Garbage everywhere. I would not recommend staying here.
