"The rooms were quite dirty, and no one cleans behind the mattresses — there was a lot of dust. Daily housekeeping was very superficial, and the cleaners only spoke Spanish, which made communication difficult. The rooms were cold because of the air conditioning, and no extra blankets were provided. The hotel is very noisy, and the reception was not helpful when there were disruptive neighbors coming back at 3 a.m., turning on lights and making noise. I didn’t sleep the entire night, and they refused to offer even a few extra hours in the morning to rest, saying it wasn’t their problem. The area is beautiful, but overall it’s not comfortable for a relaxing stay. Everything is also quite far from this location."

"Staff were all friendly with the exception of the roaming “policy minder” making sure you are covered up in the lobby and have your wristband on. This property keeps their nightly rates low to gouge you with $10 bottles of water and $35 hamburgers, you won’t get out of any meal the restaurant for two under $100. Nothing walkable to offset this so even if you want to go to the store to stock up on supplies, be prepared for a $30 Uber to the Publix."

"Everything was perfect from the location right on the strip and across from the beach, the decor and vibe, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was clean and a perfect size for my daughter and I. We knew to call for our car early, so never had any problems with the valet service (anywhere from 15-30 minutes). You can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants easily also. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!"
