I had an amazing experience at Ninfea Luxury Suites! The modern, beautifully designed rooms were spotless, bright, and elegantly furnished—everything felt brand new and inviting. The location is perfect—quiet yet central, just a 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square and close to great restaurants, cafés, and water taxi stations. Private water taxis drop you just a few minutes from the suites, which is super convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owners,...

Wonderful host, nothing too much trouble. Accommodation, very comfortable , recently refurbished, everything works. The area is well positioned, we loved the area, near a supermarket. Thank you Alessandro

Super cosy and cute place with very friendly and welcoming hosts. Claudio communicated well and gave some great reccommendations for the surrounding area. The only downside was that I couldn't stay longer!

Maurizio was amazing He provided instructions on how to use the boat taxis to get around and did his best to help me when my partner fell ill. If its available book here ;)

Lovely place however there is very little place for your toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the two stairs of steps leading to your room are very difficult to navigate with heavy suitcases.

We loved everything about this accomodation in Venice!

Fantastic location close to ferries, train station and great local restaurants, coffee shop, groceries and natural gelato around the corner! Great large period decorated room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom and quiet. Stayed for 5 days and had a very enjoyable time. We followed the simple instructions and got access when buzzed in and room key waiting for us as well as some foyer lollies and champaign and drinks in the fridge. Beautiful period foyer area and needed to carry bags up one...

We booked through Expedia.com and received confirmation of the booking within 24 hours. We rang the manager of the Corte Barozzi Venice Suites and asked him to book us a private taxi/water taxi from the Marco Polo airport. As he arranged, we were met at the Marco Polo airport and taken by taxi and then private water taxi to the Corte Barozzi Suites (total cost approx 200 euro for 4 people and bags which was well worth the cost for the convenience and enjoyment). On arrival we were greeted by the...

Amazing Location wonderful facilities simple but exceptional will be coming back when I visit Italy again! Staff on check in where a little unfriendly but I think it’s just not done the same way in other countries but this aside best stay over Italy So far! Can be quite noisy early in the morning with carts bumping around the street and people About out your window but still doesn’t downgrade the stay over all as it’s just that lovely a property! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay! Rooms are super clean, service and communication on how to get to the hotel when you arrive in Venice is awesome! The small breakfast with coffee, juice and a croissant is a beautiful touch. Great location away from the action but close enough that you’re only a few minutes walk. 3 floors to carry suitcases…not an issue for us and hey it’s Venice so best know about this rather than being disappointed when you arrive! Highly recommended!
