When is the best time to go to Chicxulub Puerto?

The best time to go to Chicxulub Puerto is during the dry season, which runs from November to April, offering pleasant weather and less humidity. During these months, you'll experience comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from the mid-20s to low-30s Celsius, with abundant sunshine. This makes it ideal for enjoying the beach, exploring the local area, and participating in outdoor activities without the intense heat and heavy rainfall of the wetter months. "O"

Progreso Beach Hotel

8/10 Good

"One block from the beach, good restaurants, a convinience store nearby. We were there for R&R so this was a great spot. The reason I gave, one particular staff at check-in a poor rating is because I had to argue with the guy to give me the room I had paid for. He wanted to give a room next to the small pool on the first floor although I had paid for ocean view. We argued a bit more and one of his co-workers stepped in and helped resolve and clarify the situation. The two women in the morning get excellent rating. They were helpful, friendly and even recomended a good restaurant the in the town over. Cleaning staff also excellent."

Stunning beachfront Suites Wi-Fi East of Progreso

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful property, perfect for a week-long team retreat with 15 guests. Plenty of space to spread out and also areas to come together as a group. The local Samson Waters property management team (Marina and Jair) is super responsive and immediately addressed all requests. They also made several recommendations for us including activities, a caterer (Chef Ceci is awesome!), and baby furniture rental company. Great overall stay and experience!"
