It is nice and clean overall but I did not realized there is absolutely nothing around. If you are looking for a place to completely disconnect book here, but if you are looking for night life or little shops to walk to don’t stay here since everything is very far away and not a lot of transportation available.

This property was discounted and well worth the money. The private beach with chairs and service throughout were great. The restaurant was good and cheaper than USA prices. I would suggest stopping at a grocery store in Progresso before going to the hotel as it is a 40 minute drive to Progresso and Uber is limited. The hotel arranged a last minute taxi to the airport(Gracias Daniel) after the Uber cancelled. The rooms are a bit outdated but the super price and friendly staff made up for that. I will definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel (located between Chicxulub Puerto and Telchac Puerto) on several occasions over the last 10-12 years. It has improved over the last time I was there. It has a better restaurant. The WiFi is spotty. The TP roll holder and the kitchen sink faucet were loose. The beds are comfortable. It's charming, nice and quiet.

A dream of a small paradise beach hotel. Quiet and very tropical. It is a long drive from Merida, but absolutely worth the drive.

Beautiful beach hotel with a beautiful beach with palapas. It is laid back small beach hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It is what you dream of a hidden gem in the Yucatan far from the city. This is not a 4 star resort, it is a dream beach hotel.

Poor rooms maintenance, garbage in the pool area as well as in the beach. Our room was mistakenly assigned, so we had a lower category room. It's location is great, as it is at the beach directly, but service as well as maintenance could be so much better. Towels and sheets super clean, and very comfortable beds. Good experince.

Was on the ground floor in the pool was right behind it. Our patio had its own iguana and iguanas all around the area. Right behind the pool is a beautiful ocean. Didn’t eat at the restaurant until the next day, but the food was great and even breakfast was really good food I had in Mexico getting something at the Cenotes

Likes: its our second time there and such good staff service. The kiddies pool is wonderful. The beach is beautiful. The room is spacious and homely. Dislikes: No sort of extra at least 2 knives, forks, spoons to eat the food we take. We have kids and we got a room in the 2nd floor, but the room varandah viewing the pool wasnt safe as the fence wooden boards were broken. My kids couldn't enjoy that. It would be nice to have the restaurant menu already in the room and probably a couple more menu selection items. The menu significantly changed from our first visit and offers less.

We had a great stay here in a one bedroom suite. Spacious with a comfortable King size bed. The only drawback was that although the suite came with a usable Kitchen, no pots, pans, crockery or cutlery provided. We requested these items on our first day but the staff were unable to supply these items. We decided to buy what we needed. We then self catered for the rest of our stay. We only intended to do breakfast and lunch and have the evening meal in the restaurant. However out of principle we cooked our evening meals as well. So the hotel missed out on additional revenue from us, as a result of not supplying the basics required to use the Kitchen. SO COME PREPARED if you want to use the Kitchen. Shame!
