"This Hacienda is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are stunning, so much to see and explore. The little casita rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff were wonderful. We stayed here as a family of four and can’t wait to return. Next time we would bring our own food as there’s a kitchen in the Casita, and the restaurant is only opened for breakfast which we didn’t know. Everything was wonderful. "This is a very charming, new-looking bed and breakfast just a few minutes' drive outside Izamal. Our cabin was very nice, clean, and quiet with good AC. Good communication with the owner, who is also very good with English. Breakfast is flexible, with good menu options available ordered the night before for a specific time. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling by car looking to stay in the area."

"The experience with staff and facilities was very good overall. The front desk and restaurant employees were excellent. The resort is very quiet and one might feel as if you have the place almost to yourself. There was a couple of downsides, that one might expect. You are in the jungle and there may very well be bugs (read spiders). They assured us that none are harmful. The bathrooms somehow are aging worse than the rest of the rooms. They should not have painted the showers etc as this has led to mold, at least in our case.
All that said, for the price, the hotel is excellent, in general. We thank the staff for their kind attention during our stay."
