My stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Only comment would be to have more ways to store clothing. The room is very large and could accommodate more storage. Do not use the airport transfer being offered by the owner. It was 3times a charge by Uber. Otherwise i would stay here again.

The place is clean, extremely comfortable and friendly the owner and the staff always very helpful and very supportive on what you need. This place is away from any town to relax, but there are taximotos, busses, and taxis that visitors can take just out side of the Jaal Kab cabañas and they drop you off there too.

Very nice cabanas with all the necessary for a confortable stay. Acess to use the kitchen, fresh coffee in the morning and evening. We slept very well. A nice beach just few minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay.

They have created a little piece of paradise here! Very friendly staff. The rooms are very cute, looks like you are sleeping in an old Maya house. The pool area is nice and very relaxing and they even have some toys etc for kids. We loved it here! There are muscitoes and the rooms are not fully closed off, but they provide a muscito net and some spray for the room. We would defenitely visit again! The WiFi could be better

The property was beautiful and peaceful. They take obvious pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of the cabanas. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and handled our language barrier with great patience. Would definitely stay here again.

Not only safe and quiet but kid and dog friendly as well. If you’re not a guest there, you should be. I’m booking another night then going to the beach; which I haven’t seen yet. Our one-night stay at the cabanas in Chelem was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The cabana was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The beach was a short walk away, offering calm waters and soft sand. It was a great place to unwind and soak up the sun. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing local tips and recommendations. There was a small kitchen area where you are able to cook your own food. The bed was nice and large, but a little stiff. The employees here do not speak English, but are very friendly and willing to use a translator to communicate. Overall I would definitely recommend these Cabanas. You're very close to the town of Chelem, which is a cute town, but not very touristy, so most people do not speak English.

Beautiful place.

Beautiful property and place. We stayed in the 2 story suite which was lovely. It gets really hot on the top floor though which is the bedroom. The air conditioner can’t really keep it cool enough since it’s a palapa and lots of open air. It gets windy at night so that’s nice with windows open. Air conditioner dripped down on your head though in the middle of the night so had to turn it off. Private little pool was our favorite.

Staff was great, always helpful, friendly, practical, positive. Quiet environnent. Relaxing. Our room was always clean. Inviting outdoor space. Close to beach, walking distance. Food across the road. Chairs for beach on request. We stayed 12 days. A lot to explore close by. It is a cabin style stay. With AC and hot water and very clean pool. It is not a city style hotel so you will not see marbel floors or enclosed rooms. It is for travelers that enjoy simplicity and contact with nature and real people.

Great location and nice place to relax and unwind. Room and place was clean and well kept. Pool was nice but could use some TLC. Also we did not receive our free bottle of wine as advertised when reserved but not a deal breaker. Will stay again and recommend it. Just work a little better on pool maintenance.
