"Conveniently located close to the train station, city Center and of course The Magnificent Cathedral. Staff were very attentive, our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was out of our budget, but there’s lots of other options nearby. Highly recommend this place! "

"The hotel is pure luxury. The location is excellent just across from the cathedral. It is a beautiful building. The lobby is quiet elegance. The staff are professional and friendly. The food at the breakfast buffet is very good. The bed is very comfortable. I had a junior suite with window/doors opening toward the Dom. No bathtub. "

"The room I was in was clean and warm and accommodating. I had a view of the Rhine, which was beautiful. It was located in an ideal spot and I had easy access to all of the Christmas Markets. Lots of good music, eating and drinking places."

"The staff was so wonderful. My luggage got lost but what probably seemed like a little to them ment so much to me. The gave me a razor a tooth brush and robe belt. When have been flying 19 hours a shave a clean teeth makes you feel human. My pants kept falling down without my belt, when asked the staff if they had a piece of string they found a robe tie and gave it to me, no charge. It’s was such a small thing but I just felt like the cared. I know they ask you to score 1-10 for how well they did but the score give the staff is of the chart. Can’t say enough about the place location and accommodations. Highly recommend!!!!!!"
