An excellent location just 5 mins walk from Köln Hbf and with a lovely view of the twin spires of the magnificent Kölner Dom. The room was clean and airy, good breakfast, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location! Could not have been better! Right next door to the famous Cathedral. Hotel was clean, modern, well set up, everything you need. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice treat. Breakfast was great! My concern was the shower it was very high and I am senior so it was difficult getting up, very slippery so we put a towel to stand and getting out was a challenge! I was afraid of falling! Please check this. Someone can brake a leg. I was in room. 61 Other was the hotel, staff and breakfast was delicious!

There was no communication prior to stay about area nearby being closed down/evacuated. A text or email would have been appreciated. Bed was thin and firm. Water temperature was unreliable. Property was clean. Close to tourist activities.
