was not happy with AIR CON in the main Bedroom, was a hot day and the Aircon was NOT cooling enough.. ALSO the FRONT door needs repair with a good push I think it will open. You need to slam the door for it to close properly and I'm not sure it would hold.. I'm sure next door would jump when I closed the door..

Nice clean grounds around the property. Pleasant staff on arrival and very prompt in helping you out. Room looks a little tired and could do with a few minor maintenance jobs/upgrades. Family apartment we stayed in was a good size. Good budget room but with a little upgrade could be a lot better. Over all happy with our stay.

Room was spotless, updated, good layout made it appear spacious. Upon arrival we were offered free bottled water which was a nice touch. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk in fridge. Couch and bed both comfortable. A really nice comfortable stay.

Always a pleasure to stay here , have 4 times , the owner and staff are so friendly and helpful, it’s always clean and well maintained in a lovely quiet location close to shopping and transport. Will definitely be staying again

Almost the only motel on the eastern side of Melbourne on the Geelong road so great location. Easy to get to and very quiet location. Good size room, very clean and quite modern. Very happy!
