Great hotel located right in the city centre. Staff were excellent, helpful and well knowledgeable. Went the extra step to provide the feeling that nothing was to much to ask for. Carlos from Guest Services truly made the experience at the hotel wonderful. He was great in providing options for all our needs especially as we had to balance with kids and parents. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Breakfast was lovely. Room was clean. Tv didn’t work, staff not attentive to fixing it. Had to ask staff for my package inclusions. The staff I encountered at the guest relations desk came across very rude and dismissive. I did not feel welcome and had nothing explained to me. I was not told about breakfast, where the room was. Very dissatisfied and probably wouldn’t go back.
