The front desk staff were outstanding. The roof top swimming pool area was stunningly beautiful. What an incredible view. Unfortunately the room had a few short comings. The room had a balcony and the view was terrible. The apartment side rooms were right next to anorther apartment building (long term stays) and people would hang their clothes and bikes on their balconies and you could see folks in their apartments. We had to keep the window blakout shades closed the entire stay. We rated Tyrian 4 star only because of the spectcular rooftop and friendly staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment, and it was a positive experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculate and spacious. The apartment’s location was perfect, with easy access to the trams, shopping, and dining. The on-site restaurant served various delicious meals for breakfast and lunch.

A fantastic location close to Albert Park for those attending the Grand Prix. The room itself was lovely but luxurious might be a stretch. the main bathroom had no hooks or towel racks to hang towels. Great to have a clothes dryer and washer in the room - although the dryer was placed very high for those of us that are not over 5'5 so could not reach the dials. The washing machine front loader door was broken so difficult to open.. lounge and cushions were dusty so allergies were instantly triggered.. but the room was large, quiet, very comfortable beds and the restaurant downstairs does great food and coffee.. little things that could easily be improved - overall a great stay.

The location of this property is really handy I would recommend hiring a car but the tram is a short distance away. There is a 24 hour front desk making checking in and checking out easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant location and proximity to local trams. Fantastic views over the Albert Park golf course and lake. Our room was overlooking the park and we loved the view but the noise from the traffic was a bit loud at night and early in the morning. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and moved us to a lovely quieter room at the back of the building. Percival cafe was great for breakfast and coffees.

We read so many good reviews about the apartments so chose here for our time away. The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. There were so many things that we werent happy with and this took it away from what was nice. The phone didnt work so we had to go to reception for any issues or questions. The balcony door didnt lock. The shower over the bath leaked and if we didnt put towels down the water would have gone into the bedroom and onto the carpet. The air-conditioning didnt work so it was uncomfortably hot at night and lastly nothing was left. No spare toilet paper no spare towels. Very disappointing considering the cost to stay.

This is a beautiful, well appointed property. Front of house staff are warm, welcoming and professional. The rooftop pool,gym,dining area is outstanding with incredible views across to Port Phillip Bay. One star removed for failure to fully service the room but this was the only flaw and was possibly just an oversight as everything else was fabulous. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning :)

The wash basin in the toilet is designed in such a style that it is totally unusable except fir washing hands. You will get wet with brushing your teeth and washing your face. Room service is not regular and sometimes not complete

Great location near Albert Park Lake (with running track!) Sauna on roof for recovery. Easy walk from tram line with frequent trams passing by. My room was set back from the road which kept it quiet (Queens Rd is a major thoroughfare). Lovely reception staff. Great cafe on ground floor (Mr Percival). Studio apartment yet had fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher!! Balcony too.

Once again we were delighted to stay at Tyrian. Beautiful place with efficient friendly staff. Mr Percival downstairs has fresh delicious food for breakfast or lunch. It’s heavenly quiet and the beds are super comfy. We wanted for nothing. We’ve been before and we’ll be back again.

Excellent location good facilities wonderful roof terrace with brilliant views of tye city and F1 circuit. Helpful and friendly reception staff, and housekeeping crew. Nice cafe on ground floor. Only thing lacking in my apartment was a full length mirror .. I had to climb on a chair to see how I looked, in the bathroom mirror. Also some instructions on the kitchen appliances would be good. Other than that .. highly recommended .. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent. Only issue that needs to be fixed up is the Google Maps if possible. When you put in the name of the property and hit directions it send you to the city. Not alot of fun at 4pm on a Friday with 2 kids in the car after a long drive.

Great place to stay. 2 minutes to Tram Station. 10 minutes to city. 10 minutes to St Kilda. Room was spotless. Great kitchen facilities. Very comfortable bed. Lounge and dining area roomy. Nice balcony to let in some breeze. Good water pressure for shower. Vanity interesting. Washing machine and dryer handy. Coffee shop underneath great. Coffee and Food 7.00 - 3.00pm . Very popular. All in all a great accommodation hotel.

Not a great location whilst St Kilda Rd is closed, nightmare getting home from MCG - Noisy- party in next room, over 15 people singing top of lungs till 4.30am. Would be good if bottles of water left in fridge - Staff tried their best by threatening to call police
