My mum and I needed to stay somewhere in Ringwood, and we chose Ringwood Lake Inn. The staff were super friendly and incredibly accommodating after we needed to stay a further 2 nights due to a family members passing. The beds were really comfortable and the room was just what we needed. Thank you so much for your kindness at a difficult time.

Convenient and comfortable.

Conveniently located. Easy access to rooms. Nice fluffy towels. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the doona was too thin which meant I had to turn the heating on through the night.

On our first stay at staying at Ringwood Lake Inn...we were lucky to get our room for a reasonably good price and paid a little more for a spa...which actually wasn't worth having as it was such a small bath that it was extremely uncomfortable to have a spa, it was only good for the shower which was over the bath. The bathroom was quiet dirty/dusty on the tiles around the floor base...otherwise it seemed ok but not excessively clean like some venues we've stayed in. Bed was nice and big but a tad soft...otherwise, you pay for what you get.

The manager/owner of the property went above and beyond to assist in refunding my money, even though I had booked a non refundable rate. I had booked the or to stay during the recent power outage after a terrible storm. We expected to be out of power for several days. Thankfully it was only out 2 days, but I had booked longer - the owner happily assisted my refund.

Overall we have stayed in worse . The toilet system was loose off the wall. Mildew around shower glass and around the top . Was too frightened to use spa didn’t want to see what could come out. We did try to tell attendant when we left at 8:50 ( office was suppose to be open by 8am) but office door locked so left key

The spa didn't work. The power point in the bathroom didn't work so I had to catch public transport on 7 degree morning with wet hair. The extractor fan cover fell off an hit me in the head (luckily it wasn't heavy). The toilet roll holder was loose. The tiles in the bath area had black mould. The floor hadn't been vacuumed properly in ages as when I moved the floor lamp there was thick dust-not good for asthma and allergies. It was so bad that I took a photo of it, and the mould. There were splotches of what looked like some skilled food on the carpet.The area outside of the window needed to be cleared up too. Room 22 should not be rented out again until it has been thoroughly cleaned and the maintenance issues dealt with.

Not far from Ringwood station, this older style looking motel was a pleasant surprise stay. Check in was easy, and the room was way bigger than I thought it would be. The mattress was very comfortable as were the pillows. It was probably one of the best beds I've stayed in. Noise didn't bother me, but it is situated along a highway. Shops and food were nearby and didn't have any complaints with the room at all.

Unit is very clean and tidy bathroom nice towel rail was loose and the guy wasn’t in the office to talk to at check-in & checkout. There was a problem with ants that got into our food which we had to throw out, the kettle and our cups and walked over us in our beds. The Bed was extremely firm so we didn’t sleep well both nights. This was our second stay there first time was excellent. This time not so much.

The room needed more attention. No teaspoons no dinner plates no cloths teatowels or paper towels. No clock radio or clock. Had to fill up kettle in Bath. Pillows crappy. But one of cleanist rooms I have stayed in.
