Nice and comfortable apartment space with a view towards the Ocean. Well equipped to be able to look after yourself in terms of cooking facilities. Would be great if there was some more service and information around eating options that wlare close by and good. I also think 10am checkout could be improved upon along.

Large Deposit Needed

We were very impressed with the building and amenities especially with the indoor pool. The apartment was very modern and well appointed. The door to the bathroom would not stay closed. The main annoyance was the large deposit needed for the key (and damage cover). It was a special shaped metal style key and not a card like regularly used. The deposit was $500! And if you lost the key you would lose the whole deposit. Give me a plastic card anytime.

We were on the 38th floor in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with ocean views. The views were amazing with all that we needed in the apartment. Communicate was great via text and easy check in and check out. Tram stop right out front and easy walk to station, casino & eateries, supermarket. Access to the great facilities with pool, large spa, sauna, steam room and gym. Would definitely stay again with Orange stays at Melbourne Quarters Flinders St

The rail tracks direcrtly outside are incredibly noisy from 4am to midnight. There is clearly no sound proofing. The balcony door didnt lock. Awful bedding, the pillows were as flimsy as ricepaper rolls and blanket smelled like a sweaty teenage boy had been sleeping there for years without washing. Would NOT recommend this apartment!

Great little clean and modern apartment in a fabulous location! The check-in process (meeting in the lobby after having to tell them when exactly you're arriving) was a little inconvenient just for having to know exactly what your holiday plans are, but check out was easy and our stay was great!

We stayed 3 nights. Most uncomfortable mattress we have slept on. Barely slept the whole stay. When we got up of a morning we had body aches from the hard non supportive mattress. On day 2 we realised the air conditioning was not working. We phoned the number that was provided to us if we needed anything. No answer or phone call back the whole stay. Reception could not help as our accomodation was through Orange Stay. We did not appreciate at all getting ready for a family members wedding with make up and hair artists in a hot humid room with no air conditioning. Only 2 towels were provided for 2 people to stay for 3 nights. No towels were provided for the pool. Photo was taken of our licence and credit card (which we did not feel comfortable with). Would not stay here again
