"Staff were professional and courteous, offered an early check in as an unexpected bonus when we asked to store some luggage while we went to lunch. Our room was spotlessly clean and the shower pressure was great. A convection microwave made having snacks in the room a breeze. One of the castors on a bed did become dislodged but the maintenance team had it replaced in under half an hour with no hassles. Will definitely be looking at the Great Southern again for a stay in the CBD, it's very handy to the station as well as all the main tram lines. "
