My son cut his knee open on a seat in the spa as he was getting out, which resulted in us having to go to Urgent Care and him having to have it glued. They did not close the spa after the incident and I was warning families as they were entering while staff were on the phone to paramedics. The 2 building managers who performed first aid were wonderful and caring. I have put in a formal complaint as I don't want this happening to anyone else. Not an enjoyable stay.

Location was great for public transport shopping and restaurants. Carpet needed cleaning and the window covering inadequate. Some instructions for the washer/dryer as well as the oven would be good. Receptionist was brilliant.

The property was ok. There were multiple things broken in the property. The photos on the website do not reflect what we got. The shower provided luke warm water at best. We stayed for 6 nights, a family of 4 and were provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper. I understand our booking was not serviced but we had to purchase our own cleaning products as none were supplied. Location good, close to shops and public transport. Overall mediocre.

As soon as we walked in the room we were hit with a musty smell. There was mould all over the windows. The rooms are poorly ventilated. The only thing going for it is the location.

The Good: The location was good with many things within walking distance. The communication from the property was what I expected. The Bad: The property is promoted as a serviced apartment. It was not serviced at all. It was in quite poor condition. Was like no one had benign there for some time. The carpets were not vacuumed, there was a light hanging out of the ceiling. The hot water was only warm IF you also had a cold water tap running as well, otherwise, basically cold. A floor to ceiling window in the living area had cracks in it. The couch was broken to the point of being unable to sit upright, the base sunk deeply in the middle. There was no cover for the fans of the range hood. The dishwasher handle was broken making it almost unopenable. There was an obvious past leak in the ceiling of the main bedroom, with a huge water stain visible. Mould in the bathroom and the shower wasn't exactly the cleanest... Little amenities were missing, like a cloth to wipe surfaces down, bin liners to put into a bin (which wouldn't be an issue if the room was serviced...). The "king bed" was two singles pushed together making it exceptionally uncomfortable for a couple. Overall, for the price paid, my family and I were quite disappointed.

Was comfortable enough. Some extra blankets work have been nice and maybe some staples like salt and pepper. Parking was easy and walking distance to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Family of 5 - very reasonable priced apartment.
Very huge and clean, beautiful apartment for a family of 5. Big dining table. Location convenient close to eateries and 24/7 convenient shops. Downside is our travel adaptor can't fit into the power points as the on/ off buttons are too close to the socket hence it pushes our adaptor out when turned on. Luckily managed to find one power point with the button further away (the heater's so we used that). But this can be resolved if the travel adaptor is not bulky type. Parking needs to pay at AUD28/ night. Assigned lot will be given to park. Check-in/ out was a breeze.

The works going on in the street was annoying, they worked late into the night and started early in the morning. This should have been noted when looking. I had issues with the elevator fob which was changed over and then worked fine
