The room was clean and tidy, comfortable and the basic breakfast provisions were a welcome surprise. There was a bit of noise from outside the complex after 10pm but otherwise I had a good stay. The checkin process at another site at Barkly St was inconvenient as it is about 20’ walk away (and 15’ by car in horrendous StKilda evening traffic as I checked in after 6pm on a warm midweek evening). Receptionist was friendly and efficient though. Oh, and the onsite carpark (20 dollars extra) is rather squeezy!

Good location and ample parking. The room was a good size, comfortable bed but I noticed the bathroom floor had no floor waste drain and splashed water couldn't get out other than through a tiny hole in the corner of the floor.

The room was great it was large, the bed was soft and cozy, the shower was big but there was so much water leakage that the bath mat got drenched, there was rubbish left from a previous guest in the drawer under the TV as well as in the bedroom drawers, I threw it all in the bin. The kitchen was well stocked as well as a Continental breakfast which was nice. I felt secure and safe in this property. I would stay again. Just a little more care needs to be taken by staff to check all drawers for items left by previous guests. This should be a automatic

Very comfortable and quiet for the heart of town. A hidden gem that will become our go to for our future visits. Only issue is that the key needs to be collected from another building 1.4 km away. Not an issue if you know.

These guys are shooting themselves in the foot with checkin located at another hotel on the other side of St Kilda. The room was fantastic with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in Melbourne, but why they don't have onsite checkin during the peak hours (3pm - 7pm) has got to be costing them more in bad reviews than what they are saving on labor costs.

The good: Great location with a short walk to beach and cafes. Tram stop out front to head into Melbourne city. Clean and tasteful decor. Secure parking. Price. Light breakfast. The bad: Collecting keys from different location that had limited signage at footpath level. Bed is made up of two singles pushed together with lumpy middle.

Being able to check in early as we arrived in Melbourne earlier than anticipated. Awesome. Getting an additional towel and fold out bed done was great. Limited car parking if you didn't get a spot. Be aware of permit parking and times. Acouple of cleanliness things in bathroom that I wasn't happy about. T.V remote was missing the battery cover.

I was suppose to stay at your sister motel in Windsor however I received A late email stating that no one would be in attendance therefore I was expected to drive to St Kilda and pick up keys and then return to the Windsor motel. I was very upset at this inconvenience and believe this should of been stated on the website. I would not have booked a room if I had of known and would not recommend your motels because of this. When I finally arrived at the Dt skikda motel, no one was attending the desk which added to further stress. I had driven 4 hours to Melbourne only to be diverted to a different motel. After 10 minutes a lady appeared and was friendly and helpful. I explained my dissatisfaction with having to go to another motel to pick up keys in traffic and a city I was unfamiliar which I found extremely stressful, I asked if I could stay at the st kilda motel to which she agreed.

Everything was great however check in was at a sister property about a 5m drive from the property. Had we know this prior I would have possibly booked elsewhere. For check out we were told to use a drop box but then we still needed to come by the sister property to check out. Not very practical. Room was clean and had great amenities.
