For a property next to main road it was exceptionally quiet. Room was clean and very comfortable can not fault the staff would highly recommend the accommodation

I liked the decor & location & ease of arrival & key access for out of hours. Room was clean & pleasant & well priced. I didn’t like that the shower door can’t close unless you open the bathroom door, and wish there was a couple of extra power points for more than one device. Hot water needs turning down a bit, very dangerous for children.

The hotel was amazing clean shower was beautiful and the beds were so awesome that i didn't want to get out of the bed Need a hotel place to stay and in the Frankston or Carrum downs area this place is the way to go
