Staff were truly awesome! Everything was close by, the hotel is a great place to stay as is right beside trams and metro. All was great except the carpets could be cleaned better as they are a bit dirty in rooms and hallways.

A bit dusty behind the bed and no doona but has two sheets, otherwise comfortable. Very easy to get to from Box Hill train station.
