Yes I would stay here again. The staff were so nice and friendly and happy to help. Yes the hotel is a little run down, but the beds are comfortable and at a great price. Having onsite parking makes it all easy aswell and included in the price. The hotel is close to shops and the hospitals aswell which I needed for my stay. Thank you Arden.

Lovely friendly staff, we had an appointment at the royal childrens in the morning, we were able to leave our car there after check out for a couple of hours, very appreciative for that, room was clean, and the place was quiet, comfy bed
