Really great property

Great location. Spencer St DFO is only a minute walk. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable and the pool was lovely. Will definitely stay again. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was prompt and polite. and the pool was lovely.

Really nice location, Rose Lane has so many eating options and on New Years Eve, it was close enough to all the action at the Docklands and Flagstaff Gardens but not crazy busy. The view from the balcony was great too. We could see the fireworks at Flagstaff Gardens and 3 rooftops going off around the city. The apartment itself is a one bedroom with sofabed which was a little squishy for a family of 5 but we really enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and the facilities like the pool, spa, gym and steam room so we were hardly in the apartment. Great for a short stay to enjoy Melbourne city on New Years Eve!

Clean and tidy , loved could open window for fresh air . Had an issue with iron and Nick solved it asap without any hassle . Would stay again .

First time in Melbourne and didn’t want to leave.

Stunning apartment located in the Melbourne CBD. Travelled from Perth to attend a football match at Marvel Stadium. The apartment block is located within walking distance to the stadium and anywhere else you wish to go to in the CBD. Found it a handy base to travel to other areas of Melbourne to visit other points of interest such as St Kilda, Carlton and Coburg.

Great Hospitality but disappointed overall

Nick was very friendly and helpful. I booked this property because it said it had two beds and sleeps 5. There was only one bed but for an extra fee I could have had the sofa bed . The sofa was very stained and didn't look very inviting. The description was very misleading. It was also quite loud.
