The staff were lovely. The room was adequate size. The place needs updating, but it was relatively clean. Good location, sometimes a bit loud but most people were respectful of 10pm curfew. No windows or natural light. The lift doesn't go to the basement. Overall I would give a 7.5 rating. Laundry facilities are scary and no iron. It was freezing but they gave me an extra heater which really helped. The cafe was very handy with great food.

Absolutely loved our stay. Loved the building, the location and the cafe. Particularly loved the resident corgi at the cafe “Waddles”. Great place to stay near all the local amenities in the city. The apartment is in a unique building in a great spot. It had everything we needed with a kitchenette with nice touches like a coffee machine, milk, juice & chocolates. The bed was comfortable and the heater was efficient. The bathroom had a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower was good but was a little stained. We had some noise from the apartment above us in the morning (we believe this was from walking over a wooden floor). Overall we were impressed with this apartment and will book again.
