I had a city view room which was awesome! Gym, pool and sauna was a bonus and I made the most of it, it was really nice. Staff were helpful and very friendly.

Apart from location .i really didnt enjoy my stay at this hotel.i initially bookwd for 1 night but ended up staying there for 5 nights due to my disability and i didnt want a change.i was looking foe a peaceful location where i could relax .little did i know the room that i was given had renovations happening around it.it started of with banging that becae loud and miserable .i called rhe reception when smoke alarm got set off, only to be told that they could not hold renovations andi was an exceptional case who stayed in the room hole other guests are out and about.for my inconvenience i could get a free breakfast in the morning..well hello mr shift manager.1.iam not cheap that you throw a few dollar breakfast and i wont say anything .pathetic customer service to start off.2.wasnt i supposed to be notified that work is going to happen and i be relocated to a different floor or was i ok with it .3.no apologies or care was taken for inconvenience at my expense.iam not a shareholder at the hotel to benefit.i paid for the room to have peace and quiet time and not come back home more stressed.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights .only because i didnt want to move due to my disability. 2 days there was some renovations happening in adjacent room for which i wasnt notified.throughout the day yhere was noise and banging and when i was able to grab some sleep on the second day the smoke alarm set off due to carpet dust .i called and finally managed to talk with the manager who said that the work has to be done and mostly during the day the guests are not in the roomand iam exceptional case who stayed in holel during the stay .for my inconvenience he could offer free breakfast the following morning .this is absolutely terrible explanation for my inconvenience .when ever i walked down the reception during my stay i always heard some guest yelling at reception staff for different things.i now gatherwhat is the reason when the management is pathetic..absolutely not recommended this place as this is not a place where you can have a peaceful time.
