"Good location and staff and as great. Air conditioner in our room rattled so we switched rooms. It was fairly late at night but staff was helpful and responsive."

"Staff are helpful and the rooms are quiet. Very convenient to walk along the river, yet brunch onsite is fantastic with a beautiful patio. Dog park was a nice surprise and the pool looks like a lot of fun. We will be back when it is warmer! We have stayed there twice and already booked our next stay. It is well-situated, convenient, comfortable and accommodating. Solid choice!"

"Staff was pretty indifferent at check in and check out. Room was clean but janky with very cheap sheets, pillows and towels. Convenient to watch the NCAA tournament and to downtown bars and restaurants. Good bar at the hotel. I’d consider other options next time but would stay again in a pinch. "

"We were very happy with our stay, employees were friendy and helpful. Everything was very neat and clean. loved the organic toiletries as well! We will stay there each time we visit Spokane. Very quiet as well, even though its right next to the Hospital. No sirens in area"
