I love the antique furnishings and character of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and there was even a mini fridge. I love the lounge area outside of the rooms and free coffee. The inexpensive parking and free breakfast definitely add to the already great value of this hotel, and the location is perfectly located across the street from the Fox Theater and Knitting Factory.

Great location and price. Comfortable beds, good coffee and tea available in the morning. And breakfast included with reservation at an offsite restaurant. We love the historic building and stay here when we go to shows at the District or the Knit as it’s a block away. Close to lot’s of bars and restaurants too.

Limited on site parking with additional parking 2 blocks away from the hotel. Limited options for the free breakfast and coffee not included. No storage for clothing with only 4 hangers in the closet and no dresser with drawers to unpack your clothes. We had the premium king room, clean with comfortable bed. Location of the hotel was very walkable to the riverfront park and downtown.

Beautiful historic hotel super centrally located in Spokane. Every staff member we interacted with was so helpful. Free breakfast items from Rosie’s down the street are good portions and quality. Good discounts at nearby restaurants. You can definitely hear footsteps from rooms above you but I think that’s to be expected with any older building. It’d be hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Spokane.

I loved the history of the hotel and the Vintage wood furniture throughout. Truly stunning. It's proximity to downtown was great, literally walking distance to several attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding restaurants were fantastic.

Really cool old hotel in downtown Spokane. Loved the open space for hanging out in the middle of the hotel. Very comfortable room, bathroom was modernized and clean. About a fifteen or twenty minute walk to the carousel/park. The hotel was on the edge of downtown, near a rundown area with homeless encampment but felt safe enough to walk toward downtown and the park.
