"This is one of the best hotel chains I have ever stayed at. Everything was super clean, staff was friendly and even texted asking if I needed anything during my stay. The free breakfast options were awesome and I loved that they had so many amenities."

"Property appearance has declined rapidly. Most of the lights in the front parking lot are burnt out, not safe or late night arrivals. When walking off the elevator on 4th floor you are greeted with a nasty funk smell... mix of camaflaged weed smell and air freshner. Room had remnants of wrappers from last guest on floor and shower pumps for shampoo/bodywash conditioner pretty gross on top of dispenser. Will not be staying at this location again. "

We had an unrequested wake up call at 0400, which was 2 hours before we wanted to get up. No explanation from the front desk as to why we get a wake up call that we didn't request - so that was a major annoyance."
