"I love the size of the room and the quality of the matress. Bathroom style with open stand -in showers and curtain with spill of water excellent. Nice expanadable computer table was very useful for eating with my friend. Personalized TV screen with guest name was thrilling. Enough sockets for plugs around the well lit room. I recommend this place to anyone. Will stay again and again"

"Property appearance has declined rapidly. Most of the lights in the front parking lot are burnt out, not safe or late night arrivals. When walking off the elevator on 4th floor you are greeted with a nasty funk smell... mix of camaflaged weed smell and air freshner. Room had remnants of wrappers from last guest on floor and shower pumps for shampoo/bodywash conditioner pretty gross on top of dispenser. Will not be staying at this location again. "

"Breakfast was good. We met Alma Vargas who works at the kitchen, and she was very friendly and kind. The beds were comfortable and had adequate towels. "

"The house itself was renovated and in a nice quiet area. Due to an issue with the app, we were unable to get the access information on time and it took a little bit to get a hold of the host to get the info and enter the house. But the host was kind and immediately sent the info once we were able to finally get a hold of her. When we arrived we entered to unexpectedly find the cleaning crew was still inside cleaning way after our check in time of 3pm. They quickly finished and left but the sheets were unclean, nothing was stocked, and dirty dishes were left in the sink. The host was responsive and quickly sent the cleaning crew back to clean and with supplies, but it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to wait for them to come back. The master bedroom mattress was definitely overdue for a replacement. There were also a lot of cigarette butts found outside, which may have been from the people living in the basement. There were no instructions provided for check out and we had to follow up with the host to ask for the information. Overall, the house itself was nice, it was just not cleaned and ready at check in time."
