La Villa des Rouvières

The Villa des Rouvières is a jewel nestled between the Provençal countryside and the famous calanques, just 10 minutes from Cassis.

This spacious villa, located in a hamlet in the heart of the vineyards, with carefully designed decor, can accommodate up to 14 people.

It is equipped with optical fibre, air conditioning, a gym and a pétanque court.

Its heated swimming pool and numerous terraces allow you to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals to the sound of cicadas.

To guarantee your comfort and the quality of service, we have had this property classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation by an approved organisation. This also reduces the cost of the tourist tax.

Everything has been designed to offer you a refreshing and relaxing stay.

Included in the rental: fibre, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels.

Warning: there is no barbecue, prohibited due to fire risk (the villa is surrounded by pine trees) but there is a plancha.

Equipment for companies on request: video projector, meeting room layout, meal trays.

Housing:
You will have access to the entire accommodation (except technical and storage spaces).

Within "La Villa des Rouvières", you will discover three distinct living spaces, each offering a complete layout.

The particularly well-designed architecture of this property allows living with these three spaces connected together or being able to have individual independence at chosen moments.

This is the ideal accommodation for families, friends, or colleagues to be able to alternate at will between shared moments and moments of intimacy.

Higher level
The upper level of the house (wheelchair accessible) houses a spacious duplex T3. This generous apartment extends over approximately 140 m² and is distinguished by its volumes.
When the property is occupied in its entirety, this space naturally becomes the central gathering point.

With its large living room / dining room open to the upper terrace, the T3 duplex offers all the comfort for breakfasts, meals or aperitifs with a view of the countryside and the swimming pool.
The large fully equipped open kitchen is ideal for preparing small dishes to share.

The 2 suites each offer a large bedroom, a study, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom for one and a shower room for the other.

Lower level
At the lower level, two additional accommodations await you, both wheelchair accessible.

The first is a T4 with three bedrooms, while the second is a T3 with two bedrooms.
This configuration offers remarkable flexibility to accommodate different groups or families.

The T4 apartment consists of a spacious living room/dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. It opens onto a large terrace where you will have the choice between a high table, a coffee table and a dining table.
The three bedrooms are spacious and equipped with large wardrobes. The bathroom is very functional and the toilets are separate.

The T3 apartment consists of a fitted kitchen open to the living room/dining room, 2 bedrooms with large wardrobes, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
One of the bedrooms and the living room overlook a large terrace and are equipped with a high table, a coffee table, and a dining table. There is the possibility of adding 2 single beds.

All rooms in the house are equipped with 160x190 beds, the bedding is of quality and all rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.
There are three laundry rooms in the house, one per living space.

The house is equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers.

The exteriors
The common areas are conducive to conviviality, whether it is the pool area and its large terrace, the fitness room, the garden or the different terraces.

Everything is designed so that you can create unforgettable memories of your stay.

The commissioning and heating of the swimming pool is possible upon request and depending on weather conditions.

The terrace of the first level is equipped with 2 large tables as well as 2 lounge areas.

You have a large car park that can accommodate many cars. The dirt path can make access difficult with a sports car.

Pets are allowed with the prior consent of the owner.

It is not permitted to smoke inside the house or in the park. You can smoke on terraces.

The villa is equipped with acoustic detectors in order to prevent the organization of unauthorized parties or events.

Events or parties are not allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties and weddings.
