A great place to stay. We were welcomed from arrival and our hosts were friendly and helpful. A small supermarket was only a 2 minute walk. We hired a 2 person scooter to get around and enjoy the island and this is a great way to explore. Snorkelling is a few kms away but fantastic. We would certainly recommend Tropical Sands and hope to go back some day

Muri is a lovely location but if you hire a car or a scooter every place is just as convenient as another. It all depends on what kind of service you want.

I wanted to share about my recent stay at Kia Orana Villas. The experience was exceptional, all thanks to Sane Cowan, the Manager. Sane was incredibly professional, accommodating, and always available 24/7 to assist with any requests or questions. For anyone planning a holiday in Rarotonga, I highly recommend Kia Orana Villas. The location is very convenient, being close to town. The villas are well-equipped with everything you might need, including cooking facilities, a BBQ, and a washer/dryer. This not only ensures a comfortable stay but also helps manage expenses during your trip. A big thank you to Sane and the team for making my stay so enjoyable. Meitaki Maata!

Location was perfect but drunk older women yelling all night until 3 am was a bit much. Advice was to lock all doors and windows because of petty thieves but at least 3 windows didn't close let alone lock. Very clean, comfortable beds but owners need to spend some money on basic handyman updates. Oh and fix the pool deck and add a paddle so the kayaks can be used to full advantage,

Very spacious and well appointed villa with master bedroom upstairs and the other two at ground level. Appreciated the complimentary shuttle to and from sister property Pacific Hotel Resort that we used in some capacity every day. Lovely staff at both locations, too numerous to mention.
