Ground floor apartment with air conditioning and a very large terrace. An alley on the side of the apartment will allow you to leave your bikes safely.
The accommodation is very well equipped and benefits from beautiful volumes.
At the entrance on your left is a 10m² bedroom equipped with a 140 bed.
Following a bathroom renovated in 2020 with a shower, a sink and a washing machine.
The living room with equipped kitchen will open onto a large 25m² terrace
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.
The living room contains a sofa bed and a TV.
The terrace will allow you to enjoy the summer with a barbecue and a dining table.
