Its what you expect from a mining town that has gone bust.
Basically the town should be move. The port is basically similar to a mine with all its fault, noise dust dirt etc...
Port Hedland Town is old & rundown! This hotel is the nicest place around!
Port Hedland was strange to me as there is no main street or town, it is like divided and most the shops and amenities are in South Hedland. Port Hedland is much nicer place and South Hedland is not so nice, hot and dusty. Good for workers I guess.
Very old and grotty. Wouldn’t hurry back.
