"Rooms are dated Charge 10 pounds per person for Spa/pool yet not clearly detailed on any website! First room bathroom had a leak and second room door wouldn’t close! Staff not very interested!!"

UF there was a negative, it would be the window frames which had not been cleaned ever & were dusty to the point of mould. However, this did not detract from an overall great stay. "

"I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived at this hotel. Iit overlooked the river Avon, and we could see a little waterfall from our window. The mill wheels was working just outside the dining room window. It would be lovely in the summer. The only downside was the choice for breakfast. However you get what you pay for and as a really cheap hotel it exceeded expectations and when next i go to Bath i will stay there. As a bonus it also has a toll road running into Bath which cost £1.20p cash or card. Very convenient."
