"The house is below par in heating due to minimal insulation, high ceiling and single glazing. The heat pump and electric heaters were not able to maintain an agreeable temperature with below zero temperatures outside. I know New Zealanders are used to bad heating, but we as Europeans feel this house is NOT COMFORTABLE. Even with the log fire going..."

"The hot tub was a bonus. Beds were comfortable. No dishwasher. Property is showing its age. All bedrooms are downstairs which can make them cold in the winter but they do supply electric blankets. Log fire kept it very warm upstairs. Probably not great for the elderly due to steps and stairs. Front door entrance and steps to it could do with a tidy up and a covered porch."
