Lots of toys books and dvds for rainy days. Pretty much all bases are covered! Such a special place highly recommend."

"The house is very well equipped and is private. Awesome deck which looks out to bush and a reserve. The beds are very hard, which was the only down fall for us. If you like a hard bed then the house is perfect."

"The place is remote and fabulous with a steep gravel driveway and set far above the road for noiseless nights of stargazing. It requires a little bit of off grid savvy but nothing even this 60 year old New Yorker couldn’t learn in seconds. The view is absolutely stunning, the house is quite comfortable. "Incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully prepared holiday home. Amazing sunrises. Warm afternoons on the outdoor couch. Comfy beds, underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Cosy and fabulous!"

"We loved the outdoor space, location near the Queen Charlotte Track and the snooker table! It was our first time playing snooker. There is room to spread out, but the bedrooms were tight. Unfortunately, there were no outlets in the bathroom. Not a big thing, but something we noticed and were aware of. We appreciated that they were environmentally aware and made it easy for us to participate. We would return in a heartbeat!"

"A great place for our two night stay in Havelock. Everything we needed was provided and it is a very comfortable and spacious cottage. Great location - just a short walk to town and the mail boat wharf. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the region. No hesitation in recommending Bora Castle"
