Welcome to 10 Rippingale Road, which sits opposite the #17 Fairway, of Hanmers Golf Course. This 3 bedroom property is the perfect place for you and your family including a fully fenced pet friendly back yard so you can rest up and relax with all the mod cons. The township is a mere 10 minute walk. As with the classic Kiwi Bach culture you are required to clean the property ready for the next guest on your departure. Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels. A cleaning service and/or linen hire can be added to your booking for $140 Cleaning, $5 Per Towel, $17 Per Bed Linen, $8 Per Bed Making, please just ask and we will arrange this and send you the charge.

You will be kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer with the Heatpump. You will notice a Gas Fire in the Lounge this is currently not available to be used.

We enjoyed the most comfortable stay. Superbly equipped, impeccably clean and just the homely touches of well loved artwork, pottery and even a piece of collectible English ware. Thank you.
We had booked this property for 2 nights - unfortunately day 2 was 23/10/25, with Hanmer subjected to gale force winds (200kph). We stocked up the night before with snacks and munchies and with no power spent the day snacking and reading books! A lovely big comfy home to hunker down. Looking forward to a return visit and using all the facilities!!
We arrived on a chilly May evening and felt instantly at home at this property. It is easy and quick to heat and extremely comfortable. The landscaped garden and views across the golf course to the mountains made this stay for our two families very enjoyable. Thank you.
Beautiful house, great location. There is only one key and everything is locked from the inside out. I guess this is a way of keeping young children on the premises. I was concerned that if an earthquake happened or fire, we would not be able to get out

The house is lovely but if we had snow it would have been cold. Just having the heat pump and not being able to use the gas fire was a bit inconvenient. Home owner was great when it came to communication which was lucky cause had to message her for lock box code as didn't hear from the management company. Bins were still full from last people so called the company to get them empty on departure. Lovely home to stay in and would stay again
