"What a gem! Hotel Universo was a real pleasure to stay at. The facilities and amenities are updated, modern and well appointed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Special note of appreciation to Martin (Front Desk) who was able to make an adjustment to my booking to ensure my stay went well. I was considering stay only for 2 nights, but decided to stay for a third. The Roof Bar and staff were the cherry on Top. Thanks for the custom Campari! 😀 "

"One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Most of the staff were really welcoming and friendly ( I say most because there was one security guard who was quite rude to me when I was asking for help). There are also lots of cats on the property (I think they’re wild) which made my stay so much better. I would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Rome. Transport to Rome is excellent as well. "

"This property was perfect for my recent trip to Rome for a conference. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, and the same to the Metro station. It's certainly not the fanciest property I've stayed at, but it's clean, the staff is great, and the breakfast each morning was excellent. I'd definitely return!"
