"For being on the lower end price wise in London this hotel was excellent! Staff was so helpful and very kind at reception and the bar! It’s located perfectly with the Tower of London literally across the street and public transport is right there. Also if you you’re planning on getting Ubers/taxis this was the easiest/quickest stop for them to get to you!"

"Staff had great communication. The location was great, very walkable to food, drink, and sites. Also a few blocks from the hop on, hop off bus, which is great. The downsides were that the room had 15+ hairs on the floor of the bathroom, which could only be seen if you close the door. Their turn down service is every 3 days, but you can request more often if you want. The staff on Mondays are not the regular staff and they can't provide you with towels, however they were able to provide additional coffee pods."

"The location of this hotel is terrific; tube station around the corner, walk 10 minutes to the Tower of London, overall great spot. Staff was fine, we had to ask for things multiple times, there was always a lot of staff in the lobby but it was kind of messy. Very strict on the 3 PM check in, no early check in unless you paid for it. Also asked how much for a car to the airport and head bellman said 110 gbp. Then asked how many people,I said 2 with just hand luggage and he said,I can do it for 105. Felt a little shady, especially when an Uber was 62."
