The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Woodland Cottage. It was perfect for our small family as a base for exploring Acadia National Park. The cottage feels very secluded but was just a short walk into town for restaurants, snacks, shops, and a playground - a nice plus when traveling with young kids! The cottage was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed for our stay. The deck was a perfect place for dining, reading, yoga, and just relaxing."
