"Your property was very nice! Cannot beat the location right on the beach with unobstructed ocean views. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening while on the patio. A couple of suggestions to make the property absolutely perfect: better curtains in bedrooms and more middle family room to keep sun out during hot afternoons, bigger fans and bigger throw pillows on couch. Otherwise it was awesome and we’ll be back"

"Fifth or sixth time we’ve stayed here over the years. The setting cannot be beat for the serenity and beauty. Much more relaxed than Santa Cruz and Capitola.. First time in the ocean view with the spa tub room. I think I would do that again largely because of the ocean view. That said if you stay in a ground floor unit the noise from above can be pretty annoying"

"The perfect getaway! We arrived very late and appreciated the snacks and water. The views are amazing, the condo was very clean and the trails and beach access were awesome. The bed was very comfortable. The one thing we missed is that the condo does not have an oven. We bought a baguette so a toaster oven would have been nice but leveraged the toaster. Great stay!"

"The unit is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Picturesque view. This is our second visit to this unit. We would recommend staying here.There were two problems, which the owner had no control over. The elevator did not function during our stay and the pool area was closed for repair. We chose not to drive to the other available pool."

"This is our second time staying at this condo, and our family of four had another wonderful experience. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or a short drive into downtown Santa Cruz. We loved having a view of the ocean while relaxing in front of the fire. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool, while my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub at the North pool. The condo had everything we needed, and both beds were very comfortable. We'd happily stay here again. "
