"Stayed with our 2 adult sons and my aging parents. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and prepping Thanksgiving sides for our Friendsgiving celebration in Watsonville. Access to the beach was perfect. Plenty of parking. Other occupants super friendly. Condo was clean. Beds were a little soft. Master bedroom was amazing. Second bedroom a bit crowded and the bathroom off second bedroom a bit small but my adult sons are big men. It’s all good. Would go back in a heartbeat. 4 people is ideal. I’d go back with our 6 in a second. Pajaro dunes are perfect if you want to escape the crowded beaches of Aptos, Santa Cruz, Monterey etc. beautiful walking paths Loved it!!"

"What a great house! We enjoyed the amazing kitchen stocked with lots of equipment. The rooms were very comfortable and the views amazing. We also enjoyed the room divisions. A dining area, a conversation/reading area and a TV area. We used it all! About 100 steps down to the water so we got our exercise. We strolled the neighborhood in the evenings which was very fun. "
