Thank you your review, we appreciate you taking the time to do this. We have had to make the hard decision to close our restaurant for evening meals. We are open for Breakfast Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings and coffee, cakes and drinks whenever the reception is open.

Good afternoon, thank you for sending through your feedback.Unfortunately the demand for food at the motel is not enough for us to currently open. There are lots of other alternatives in Mannum that do a really good job and all are with in walking distance from the motel.Room service is available on request, I am sorry if this wasn't explained to you. Hopefully we see you back again.

Hi Varinderjit, Thanks for your review and sorry to hear that the room did not smell appealing on arrival. I will follow up with my housekeeping staff. All room servicing is on request as per the Welcome letter left in each room, this would explain while your rubbish was not cleared. All the best

Hi Mark, Our apologies for the confusion. We had found two alternatives for you, one that was a luxury shack that we manage that you would have loved. It's disappointing you decided not to come back to reception after checking on the kids in the car. Hopefully you give us another chance next time.

Dear Alan, We apologise for the confusion. The key was waiting in the room for your parents however we were not contacted to ask for the room number. I have checked the log of our night service and can see we were contacted for other enquiries so unsure who your parents contacted. The reason for no refund would be because the room was there waiting for you. All the best
