Aside from the incredible location, the staff were amazing and the hotel itself felt like stepping into another era. It was very quiet and peaceful which was a welcome thing after a busy day in NYC.

The only downside, and I mean the ONLY downside is the in room fridge was not cold and when we had maintenance up to check it they said thats how all the in room fridges are and its as cold as they get to prevent any chance of freezing.

An amazing first visit to NYC and the Langham. A special mention to Yousef at the front desk for his hospitality and care. Will be visiting again for sure!

An outstanding hotel in an outstanding location. We stayed in 4 different hotels during our trip to NY and The Mark by far wins hands down. Worth the extra dollars when comparing to a 4 star hotel - staff are fantastic and the rooms simply luxurious

The staff are incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. Even though our stay was brief, they went out of their way to make us feel special and comfortable. The view from our room was spectacular and it was exactly as it looked in the photos. I would definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing time in NYC. The hotel was amazing, has that vintage style but the rooms inside are renovated. Staff were amazing as well very helpful, always there to greet us with beautiful smiles. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was very comfortable and large. Staff were amenable, although not particularly friendly. A beautiful hotel if you want first class amenities and are not worried about the price.

Great hotel at the price point. Staff were so friendly and sweet! The hotel room was surprisingly quite large for NYC! I really enjoyed the location as it was a walkable distance to the subway and many great restaurants. It is located on a quiet street, although I can hear people from outside or the other room… some sounds not the most pleasant…. But I feel like this is expected for many hotels in big cities so not necessarily a con…
Overall I would stay here again and would recommend it! Thank...
