"Clean and great staff"

"The rooms could do with a high to low dusting and maybe a deep clean in areas. The room did have everything we needed but it would have been nice to have a free bottle of water in the room. Check in was okay, kind of felt like the agent was only asking questions because he had to and he really didn’t seem interested in the answers, we also never got told that we needed to scan the key card to use the lift. The prices down in the bar are ridiculously over priced. "

"Lovely hotel and very clean but the info isn’t very accurate on Expedia site. It said there would be a minibar in the room as well as robes which it didn’t have. It stated 1 king bed and 1 double bed for the 4 of us but it was 1 bed and a sofa bed which pulled out to 2 singles. I think maybe this is an error on the expedias side though. The sofa beds didn’t have sheets we did have to ask for them from reception but they were very accommodating and made the beds up for us before we returned from our dinner. "

"Very helpful and friendly staff - arrived early and were able to check in as room was ready we also got an upgrade. Hotel is in perfect location and room was clean. Didn’t have breakfast but had drinks in the bar - can’t complain about anything. "

"Open to bedroom Bathroom not my thing, but it is becoming the norm, not everyone want’s to show their friends their bits through the shower window - shower was great, bit sink was absolutely useless, so a door could have been put on and sone previousness would have made the stay much more (PS, Note to cleaners, wooden floors need more than a brush/hoover - they need to be mopped too 😱👍🙄 "
