Food and restaurant staff was appalling , paid in advance for food and the food was beyond edible but had to fight to get money back snd still kot refunded

Treehouse Hotel Manchester
Hotel charged my card with a “Service Charge” upon departure. Took £10 as a tip. I wasn’t warned or asked about this. They refunded when I asked, but why should I ask for my money back?

Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport by IHG
Great shuttle service from the hotel to the terminal. Room was great. It was a little bit noisy - people running up and down the corridors going to other rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
